It's our warmest coat ever. A clean silhouette comes complete with adjustable buckles at the waist to create the perfect fit for you. Faux-fur trim on the attached hood is a great defense against the arctic chill, and a water and wind resistant shell is double insulated with Thinsulate^®and a down blend fill. Long sleeves with inner storm cuffs, zipper pockets at hip and snap pockets at waist.

I live in the cold North country This coat has passed the 20 degrees temps and minus 20mph windchills this week

I view this item as a practical coat verses a dress or fashion coat
Though I am pleased with how it looks on

Its a little heavy not to bad due to desired waterproof windproof materials Give it time It will break in and be comfortable

I am a size 14 16 I ordered UP a size 18 20 based on reviews I read here

I layer clothing during winter and do not like to feel confined or restricted Nor did I want to negatively influence the warming properties of this coat by ordering a size to small need some air to help insulate

Ive walked my dog and worked outdoors this week in this coat with no problems stayed warm Out of doors lifestyle yearround

This coat has ribbed cuffs with thumb holes inside the sleeves great It also has 6 pockets 5 outside and 1 inside great
The zipper is large which will prolong wear as a seamstress I look for these things The front snap closures are a plus
The hood fur can be removed but it makes a nice snorkel in strong winds
The hood elastic could be a little stronger due to heaviness of materials But thats easily replaced if needed

The only one thing I find missing A 7th pocket positioned for gals who have CCW permits We live in a changing world Female safety should be considered at all times and in clothing design

Great coat length for driving too keeps the rear warm
Ps May have to remove coat when shopping too hot
